On 13/8/2012, Dr. Nedal Karmo, the head of the Victims of War and Poverty Organization, member of the American Health Organization, who own the known Nedal pharmacy in the state of Michigan U.S., accompanied by her manager, Mr. Faris Dawod, visited the headquarters of the Popular Council  in the city of Dohuk, and was received by Mr. Fahmi Yousef Mansour, chairman of the PC,  Mr. Shams Aldeen Georgis, the vice chairman, and the gentlemen, Aziz Emmanuel, Rafiqa Elia and Ghazwan Qas Yuonan, members of the general branch, the meeting was also attended by Dr. Adad Youkhana and the pharmacist William Esho, staff  members of the mobile medical clinic of the PC; during the visit, the chairman of the PC presented a detailed explanation of the Council's work and multiple activities which submit on the service of our people interests, also the prominent role played by Mr. Sarkis Aghajan in all aspects, including the building of villages and residential communities, beside the establishment of the mobile clinic, and his support for many institutions; Mr Fahmi said that the PC and during this short period of its foundation, was able to offer a lot for our people, the two sides also discussed a number of  issues in the field of health, and how to develop the work of the mobile clinic to provide better services to our people; for her part Dr. Nedal highly praised the work of the PC and the role of Rabi Sarkis Aghajan, and she expressed her willingness to cooperate in the field of health to serve the CSA people.
