News: A Delegation from the Assyrian Democratic Organization visits the Popular Council Erbil Office

The headquarters of the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian Popular Council of the Erbil office was visited by the Messrs Mr. Bashir Isaac Saadi, a member of the Central Committee of the Assyrian Democratic Organization and a the former member of parliament in Syria, and the writer and poet Said Lahdou representative of the Assyrian Democratic Organization.
And in the presence of Messrs. Anwar Matti Hadait board member of the Nineveh province and head of the Syriacs movement, Asitefo Habash, a member of the Executive Committee of the Popular Council, and Edward Oraha member of the Popular Council; they were received by each of the following Jamel Zito official of the Erbil office, Sami Noah member of the Popular Council and Amjad Abdul Ahad Aziz Member of the Erbil Office of the Council.
After exchanging words of welcome, the session lasted about two hours in an atmosphere of cordiality and mutual understanding; they exchanged ideas and information on the latest developments in the situation of our Chaldean Syriac Assyrian people in Iraq, Syria and the situation of the displaced, in particular, beside the political situation in Iraq and Syria in general. The parties praised the efforts to serve our people. They also put forward the idea of ​​a national conference including all our national parties at the global level, and the emphasis on appealing to nationalist parties to agree on common points of the fate as one identity beside the international protection, the Assyrian Genocide and demanding Turkey to recognize the genocide.
Finally, emphasis was placed on the sustainability of the ongoing cooperation and visits between the two parties.
